TLC Inspired Designs,
LLC is an Angel Company. We welcome our customers to use our stamps on any HAND
MADE artworks. Items which are handmade
are those which have been HAND STAMPED, created by hand, and have not been
mechanically reproduced.
You may sell all
handmade creations, which contain TLC Designs products. All handmade creations
must be full projects or cards, not just stamped images. Please do not
mechanically, graphically, or electronically reproduce any of TLC Inspired Designs
and/or images, this also includes photocopying or creating embroidery files.
The sale of TLC
Designs images and/or die cuts is strictly prohibited. This includes hand
stamping the image and then selling it as a "topper" (black and white
or pre-colored image) to another person or business entity or mass die cutting
designs and reselling those die cut pieces. All TLC Designs products are
intended for your personal use and enjoyment. You may not redistribute any of
our designs, this includes clear designs, die cuts, digital designs, and custom
products. Distribution includes but is
not limited to: sharing via email, trading, swapping, lending, duplicating,
posting to the internet, or reselling in any form. Please respect the rights of
our artist. All TLC Designs products and images are copyright protected and may
not be copied without permission.
TLC Designs images
and designs may not be used to create logos or trademarks.
Appropriate credit
should be given to TLC Designs artists whenever possible.

You May:
Use all TLC Designs
for personal use. All creations must be hand-crafted.
Use designs to create
hand-crafted items for resale. All items must be hand-crafted. No photocopying
or mechanical reproduction of designs is allowed.
Alter images to fit
your needs. For example: resizing for printing or adding color to images.
Give credit to TLC
Designs and our artist whenever possible. Your efforts are appreciated, but not
required.
You May NOT:
Claim TLC Designs,
products, or graphics as your own.
Sell or distribute
our images. This also includes emailing/transferring to a third party.
Use our designs in
kits or to make rubber/clear stamps without prior written consent.
You may NOT, under any circumstances, share digital
files/downloads with anyone, at any time. Your purchase of any TLC Designs
digital product is only a license for you, as the purchaser, to use this design
in your personal crafting. Please respect the rights of our artists and never
share digital products/files.

All content contained within this website is the sole
property of TLC Designs, LLC and is subject to protections under all applicable
copyright laws. This includes but is not limited to intellectual property,
graphic designs, and images.

All customer information collected by TLC Inspired Designs,
LLC will be protected and never shared with, or sold to any third party. We
value our customers and their right to privacy.
TLC Inspired Designs, LLC will only collect necessary
customer information, including but not limited to name, mailing address, phone
number, email address, and billing information to ensure complete and secure
order processing.
We will use email address information to notify customers of
promotions, sales, new product releases, etc. Email notification will only be
sent to those customers who wish to receive this type of information.

Return
Policy:
We closely monitor and test the quality of all TLC Designs
products. In the unlikely event of a product defect, please email us a picture
of a stamped image or of the product, which displays how the product is
defective. If we agree that the product is indeed defective, we will happily
ship a replacement product to you at no cost.
Returns/Exchanges/Refunds are not available on
clearance/discontinuing items.
